Nimbly’s project management tool had the features teams needed but an interface that got in the way of using them. We ran a round of user interviews, mapped the core workflows, and redesigned the product end-to-end — including a new component library the engineering team adopted as their permanent design system. Trial-to-paid conversion rose 34% in the two months following launch.
